Men's Off-White Gym Shorts Classic – Cotton Blend with Raw-Cut Hems

The Classic in off-white are men's cotton-blend gym shorts made from 80% cotton and 20% polyester, in a creamy off-white that reads as beige or cream depending on the light. The Gym Generation logo is embroidered on the leg in dark grey. The sweat fabric is brushed on the inside, the elastic waistband features a drawcord with engraved silver tips, and the cut-off legs end in a raw-cut hem. Two open side pockets keep keys and cards within reach. Available in sizes S to XL; they run small.

The lightest colour in the Classic range

Off-white is the palest shade the Classic comes in, and the only one that does not take its cue from black or grey. It sits just as easily with a tank top, tee or hoodie as it does alongside the darker models in the line, and it changes the character of a short that usually lives on the gym floor.

80% cotton with a brushed inside

The fabric is the same cotton-polyester sweat fabric we use for our joggers and hoodies: smooth and stable on the outside, brushed and soft against the skin on the inside. That brushed face is what makes these shorts comfortable through long sessions. Cotton also holds more moisture than polyester, so they take longer to dry after an intense workout. Gym Generation has been a Swiss gymwear brand since 2013, and the Classic is the cotton short of the line.

Drawcord with engraved silver tips

These training shorts sit in a relaxed cut that does not restrict you through squats or hip thrusts. The elastic waistband can be adjusted to your preferred fit with a white drawcord, its ends finished in engraved silver tips. The legs are cut off at the bottom and left with a frayed raw-cut hem, the finish shared by every model in the Classic range. The side pockets are cut open and deep enough for keys, a card or your phone.

What does off-white mean on these shorts?
Off-white is not a pure white but a softened, warm shade with a creamy to slightly beige undertone. In daylight it reads paler and closer to cream; under warmer artificial light it shifts further towards beige. If you are looking for beige or cream shorts, this is the one.

How is the Classic different from the V8 Premium shorts?
The fabric. The Classic is a cotton short: 80% cotton, 20% polyester, brushed inside, with a raw-cut hem. The Gym Shorts V8 Premium are stretchy polyester with elastane, lighter and considerably quicker to dry. Choose the Classic if you prefer a softer cotton feel and relaxed look, and the V8 if you sweat heavily and want stretch.

How does the sizing run?
Small. If you are between sizes, or you do not like a tight fit, go one size up. Our model is 185 cm, 92 kg and wears L. The elastic waistband and drawcord let you fine-tune the waist.
