Shipping
Shipping within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein is free at Gym Generation for orders of CHF 80.– or more; below that, shipping costs CHF 4.90. Every order ships directly from our warehouse in Switzerland with Swiss Post and is usually delivered within 1–3 business days. Internationally, we ship to selected countries worldwide – but not to EU countries. The exact shipping costs are shown transparently at checkout, before you complete your order.
Shipping to Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Orders of CHF 80.– or more ship free. Below that, we charge CHF 4.90 for packaging and shipping. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email, including tracking.
International shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries, including the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Japan and Australia. All international orders are sent as registered Priority mail – with tracking all the way to delivery. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout before you order.
No EU shipping: we currently don't ship to EU countries – including Germany, Austria and France.

Sustainable shipping
We ship plastic-free: instead of plastic bags, we use high-quality, tear-resistant kraft paper mailers – fully recyclable and produced in Germany, with correspondingly short transport routes.
The transport emissions of every shipment are offset through Swiss Post's "pro clima" program.
Customs and import fees for international orders
For deliveries from Switzerland to other countries, customs or import fees may apply. These are levied by the customs authority of the destination country and are payable by the recipient. As the sender, we have no influence on the type or amount of these fees.
If a shipment is returned because customs or import fees were not paid, we refund the item value minus the costs incurred by the return. Shipping costs as well as customs and import fees are not refunded.
