Shipping Costs

All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Switzerland. For deliveries within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, shipping is free for orders with a total value of CHF 80.– or more.

For orders below CHF 80.–, a shipping and handling fee of CHF 4.90 will be charged.

Shipping costs for international orders depend on the destination country. The exact shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process before the order is completed.

Delivery Time

Orders within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein are generally delivered within 1–3 business days.

Shipping is handled reliably via the Swiss Post. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including tracking information.

International Shipping Times

International orders are shipped by registered Priority service with tracking via the Swiss Post.
This ensures secure and traceable delivery to the recipient.

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

Customs and Import Duties for International Orders

Orders shipped from Switzerland to other countries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are levied by the relevant customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

The amount of such charges depends on the customs regulations of the destination country. As the sender, we have no control over the nature or amount of these fees and accept no responsibility for any customs duties or import taxes incurred.

If an international shipment is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods only, minus any costs incurred in connection with the return.

Refunds of shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes are excluded.
