Shipping Costs
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Switzerland. This means free shipping within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein for orders over CHF 80. If your order value is below this amount, we charge a minimal fee of CHF 4.90 for packaging and shipping.
The shipping costs for international orders depend on the destination. We ensure a convenient and transparent display of the exact shipping costs during the checkout process.
Delivery Time
For orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, you can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 business days.
All orders are reliably and securely shipped by Swiss Post. Once the goods leave our warehouse, we will send you a detailed shipping confirmation via email, including all tracking information.
International Delivery Times
For international deliveries, our customers can also expect fast delivery times. We ship all international orders registered with priority shipping including tracking to ensure extra security.

For orders shipped from Switzerland to other countries, customs or import duties may apply, which are your responsibility. As the sender, we have no influence on these fees and therefore cannot take responsibility for any customs or import costs that may arise.
