Refund policy

You can return items to Gym Generation within 14 days of receipt, provided they have only been tried on and are in perfect condition with all tags attached. Returns are sent at your own expense to our warehouse in Neerach. Once received and checked, you’ll get the item value as store credit — valid for 5 years and ready to use immediately.

Return conditions

The return period is 14 days from receipt of your order. Items must only have been tried on and must be in perfect condition, with all tags attached.

Store credit

Once your return has been received and checked, you’ll receive store credit equal to the value of the returned items. It’s sent automatically to the email address used for your order and linked to your customer account. Simply log in to the store with your email, and your credit is ready to use.

With your store credit, you can order the same item in a different size or pick any other product from our range. Your credit is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

We cover the shipping costs for your replacement order by adding that amount to your store credit.

Make sure to include a note with your name or order number in your return. Without this information, we can’t match your return to your order.

Defective or incorrect items

Received a defective item or the wrong item? Contact us before returning anything at info@gymgeneration.ch. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away and cover the return costs in this case.
