Condition of Returned Items
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they have been used for fitting purposes only and are returned unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition, including all original tags.
Store Credit
After we have received and inspected your returned items, you will be issued a store credit for our online shop. The store credit is automatically sent to the email address used for your order and is directly linked to your customer account. Simply log in to the shop using your email address — your credit will be available immediately.
Your store credit offers full flexibility:
- Reorder the same item in a different size
- Choose another product from our assortment
- Store credit is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

We cover the shipping costs for your replacement item. This amount will be credited to your store credit, making your next order automatically more affordable.
Please make sure to include a note with your name or order number inside the return shipment. Without this information, your return cannot be correctly identified or processed.
