Women's Weight Lifting Gloves – Grip and Hand Cover in Black and Pink

The Gym Generation women's gloves give firm grip on the dumbbell and the handle and keep calluses and sore spots off the palm. The silicone grip print across the palm and thumb holds on metal, breathable light pink mesh and perforated zones keep the hands cool, and the wide Velcro closure fine-tunes the fit at the wrist. Pull tabs at the fingers get them off in seconds after training. Cut for the female hand, fingerless for a full feel on the grip, sizes XS to L. Made for strength training, dumbbell work, the gym and functional fitness.

Developed by Gym Generation, a Swiss brand for training and strength gear since 2013.

Silicone Grip for a Secure Hold

A dotted silicone print sits across the palm, the fingers and the thumb. It grips the dumbbell, the barbell, the rowing handle and the pull-up bar and stops the hand travelling on the metal, including when your hands get damp mid-session. You keep training cleanly for longer without the grip becoming the limit, and the palm stays protected from calluses and sore spots.

Mesh and Perforation Instead of Solid Fabric

The back of the hand is light pink mesh, with perforated zones running over the hand and the wrist. Both let air at the skin and carry heat out, so the gloves do not turn clammy on an intense session. The pink contrast stitching sets the accent without costing the glove any function.

The Tabs Sit at the Fingers

On a fingerless glove there is nothing at the fingertips to pull on, so a damp glove has to be peeled off the palm – slowly, and usually with the other hand already in a glove. The tabs sit at the base of each finger instead: one pull and it is off. Small thing, and you notice it at the end of every session.

Which Women's Gym Gloves Suit You?

These are the breathable option with a silicone grip. If your priority sits elsewhere, there is a better match in the range:

Women's Gym Gloves – Frequently Asked Questions

My hands still slip on heavy deadlifts – what then?
That is the limit of any glove. Grip and palm cover help on most lifts, but on a maximal deadlift the weight eventually beats the hand no matter what it is wearing. That is what lifting straps are for: they wrap the bar and take the load off the grip entirely. Gloves for everything else, straps for the heaviest pulls.

How do I find my size?
Measure around your hand just below the knuckles, without the thumb, and compare that figure against the size chart on this page. They come in XS to L, and the Velcro closure takes up small differences at the wrist.

Does the silicone print wear off?
It thins slowly with use rather than peeling, because the dots are printed into the fabric rather than glued on top. Heat is what shortens its life – keep the gloves off the radiator and out of the tumble dryer, and hand wash them in mild soapy water.

Do they support the wrist?
No. The Velcro closure holds the glove in place – it does nothing for the joint. If you want the wrist held on pressing work, add separate wrist wraps, which come in light pink to match.

How do I clean them?
Hand wash with mild soapy water and air dry, off the radiator. That keeps the silicone print and the mesh in shape.
