Women's Wrist Wraps in Light Pink – Secure on Narrow Wrists
Wrist wraps in light pink, made for women who mean it in the weights room: 25 cm in an elastic blend of 50% cotton and 50% stretch yarn, with a thumb loop and an adjustable Velcro closure for exactly the hold you want. They support the wrist on bench press, push-ups, dips and overhead lifts without getting in your way. One size, and thanks to the stretch and the Velcro they sit securely on narrower wrists too, with a black Gym Warriors logo patch for contrast.
Made for strength training, bodyweight work and functional training – wrist support anywhere the joint gets pushed out of line under load. Developed by Gym Generation, a Swiss brand for training and strength gear since 2013.
The Weak Point on Pressing Work
There is a point in a set where it is not the strength that runs out, it is the wrist folding back. On bench press, shoulder press, push-ups and dips the joint carries a lot, and that is exactly where the wrap does its work. You press with more confidence, keep the movement cleaner, and stop thinking about your wrist – you think about the next set instead. The stretch fabric goes with every movement rather than blocking it.
Velcro from Light to Firm
The wide Velcro closure runs from light support to properly firm. Loose on easier days for a secure feel, tight on heavy days for full hold. Between the stretch and the Velcro it adapts to any wrist size, including narrower ones.
Light Pink with Black Contrast
Most wrist wraps come in black or grey. These are light pink, with a black Velcro band and a black logo patch as the contrast – for anyone who trains as seriously as everyone else in the room and still wants her own look. The cotton on the inside sits softly on the skin, and the fabric holds up to hard sessions.
Light Pink Wrist Wraps – Frequently Asked Questions
Are these actually made for women, or just pink?
They are one size, as wrist wraps usually are, because the Velcro takes care of the circumference. What matters is that the elastic fabric and the 25 cm length hold securely on a narrower wrist instead of slipping or bunching up. The light pink is the design decision you rarely get anywhere else – almost every wrap on the market is black or grey.
Is a wrist wrap the same as a wrist band?
Not quite. A gym wrist band is usually a terry sweatband – it absorbs sweat and gives no support. A wrist wrap is a support wrap: you wind it around the joint and set the tension yourself. If you searched for a wrist band because you want your wrist held on heavy presses, this is the right product.
Wrist wraps or lifting straps – what is the difference?
Two different jobs. Wrist wraps brace the joint on pressing work; they do nothing for your grip. Lifting straps wrap the bar and take the weight off your grip on pulling work; they do not stabilise the wrist. If you press heavy, you want wraps. If your hands give out on deadlifts, you want straps.
How much support do 25 cm wraps give?
Moderate to solid, and you set the level yourself through the Velcro. They are deliberately not a stiff powerlifting wrap for competition maxes – those run 60 cm and longer. These are made for everyday training and go on and off in seconds.
Should I wear them for every set?
No. On the lifts that load the wrist heavily they earn their place. Light sets and warm-ups do not need them. If you already have wrist pain, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist rather than covering it up with a wrap.
How do I wash them?
Cold hand wash and air dry – not in the tumble dryer and not on a radiator. That keeps both the elasticity and the Velcro intact.
