Women's Gym Gloves in Black and Pink – Cut for a Narrower Hand

The Gym Generation women's gloves in black with pink accents give firm grip on the bar and the handle and keep calluses and sore spots off the palm. The textured grip surface holds, the padding at the heel of the hand takes the pressure of the bar, and the open finger design leaves you full movement. Pull tabs at the fingers get them off in seconds after training. Cut for the female hand, in a flexible stretch material, sizes XS to L. Made for strength training, functional fitness, calisthenics and machine work.

Developed by Gym Generation, a Swiss brand for training and strength gear since 2013.

When the Hands Give Out Before the Muscle

On heavy sets it is often the hands that go first, before the muscle you were actually training is anywhere near done – and a bare palm on knurled steel builds calluses over the weeks. The textured grip surface gives you firm hold on the barbell, the dumbbell, the rowing handle and the pull-up bar, and the padding at the heel of the hand takes the pressure. You keep training cleanly for longer without the grip becoming the limit.

Shaped for the Female Hand

Women's hands are usually narrower and shorter, which is why a glove cut for them sits properly instead of overhanging at the fingers or sliding at the heel. The flexible stretch material follows the hand and sits close without pinching, so nothing shifts mid-movement. The XS to L range is built around that shape rather than scaled down from a men's pattern.

Pull Tabs, Because Sweaty Gloves Fight Back

Getting damp gloves off after a session is usually a wrestling match. The tabs at the fingers solve it: one pull and the glove is off, no tugging. A small detail that shows up every single session.

Black and Pink, and Still Honest Kit

Functional gear does not have to be plain. These pair real hand protection with black and pink accents and the Gym Warriors logo in pink – for women who want to be properly equipped in the gym and outside it without giving up the look.

Women's Gym Gloves – Frequently Asked Questions

Do women need gloves cut specifically for them?
It comes down to fit rather than gender. A glove that overhangs at the fingers or slides at the heel of the hand gives you less grip, not more, and that is what happens when a men's pattern is simply made smaller. These are cut narrower and shorter and run from XS, which covers hand sizes a unisex S rarely reaches.

How do I find my size?
Measure around your hand just below the knuckles, without the thumb, and compare that figure against the size chart. They run true to size and the stretch material holds them close, so go by the measurement rather than by the size you wear in other brands.

Do they support the wrist?
No. The cuff is elastic and keeps the glove in place – it does nothing for the joint. If you want the wrist held on pressing work, add separate wrist wraps, which come in light pink to match.

Are they thin enough to feel the bar?
Yes. The fingers are open and the palm is thin between the grip surface and the padding at the heel, so you keep a direct feel for the weight. The padding sits where the bar presses, not across the whole hand.

How do I clean them?
Air them out after training and hand wash with a little mild soapy water when needed. Air dry, not in the tumble dryer, so the padding and the stretch material keep their shape.
