Shoes Out, Clothes Clean

The Maverick's separate shoe compartment is divided off from the main compartment at the side – dirty soles and the smell stay away from the rest. The main compartment takes clothes, a towel, a shaker and your kit; a separate zip pocket and a further inner pocket keep the small things in place. The main compartment opens in a U-shaped clamshell. Fold it open and everything lies in front of you – no digging through a narrow opening and no feeling around in the depths. You pack flat and reach straight in. And because the KAM zips open from both sides, you always get in from whichever side suits.
