No Pain No Gain Glow Patch – Glow-in-the-Dark Velcro Patch for the Gym
The No Pain No Gain Glow patch from Gym Generation is a rectangular, laser-cut hook and loop patch with the lettering “NO PAIN NO GAIN” and a barbell. The design is photoluminescent and glows green in the dark after exposure to light. It measures 8 x 5 cm, and its hook backing sticks to any loop panel on a backpack, gym bag, vest or other gear.
Photoluminescent Design Without Batteries
The coating on the design is photoluminescent: it charges in daylight or lamplight and then releases the stored energy as a greenish glow. Lettering and barbell stay visible in the dark – no batteries, no power, and it recharges with light as often as needed.
The Design: No Pain No Gain with Barbell
The “NO PAIN NO GAIN” lettering with a stylised barbell sums up the training principle: progress comes from effort. One of our bodybuilding Velcro patches – on a gym backpack or gym bag, it is a visible reminder by day and in the dark.

Velcro patch or sew-on patch?
It's a Velcro patch, also known as a morale patch: the back is the hook side of a hook and loop fastener and sticks to any loop surface. No sewing – attach, remove and swap it in seconds.
How does the glow effect work?
Purely through light: expose the patch to daylight or artificial light and the coating charges, then glows green in the dark. The glow fades over time and can be refreshed again and again with more light.
What does the patch stick to?
Any loop surface – such as the loop panels on Gym Generation backpacks, vests, caps or gym bags with hook and loop. It won't stick to smooth fabric without a loop panel.
Is “No Pain No Gain” available on other products?
Yes. The motto runs through the entire No Pain No Gain range – from the patch to the shirt and hoodie, all the way to the shaker and gym bag.
