The Gym Generation leather gloves in white pair a padded suede palm with a long wrist wrap built into the glove, in a clean two-tone of white leather and black panels. This one puts white leather across the palm and the back of the hand against black mesh and elastic panels and a black wrist wrap – a clear two-tone rather than plain black. Where the Padding Sits

Foam runs under the suede across three areas: the heel of the hand, the base of the fingers and the thumb. Those are the three points a bar actually presses on, and they are the three that blister first. Everything else is left thin, which is why the glove still folds properly around a dumbbell handle instead of holding its own shape. The fingers stay open for the same reason.

35 cm of Wrap, Not a Velcro Tab

Most training gloves close at the wrist with a short tab. This one carries a wrap around 35 cm long – the length of a standalone wrist wrap – which you wind around the joint before you close the Velcro. That is what makes the support adjustable rather than fixed: two turns for light work, tighter for a heavy bench. It also means one less item in the bag, because glove and wrap arrive as one piece.

Do the white gloves get dirty quickly?

What size do I take?

Will the white stay white?
Not entirely, and no light leather does. The palm picks up colour from bars and machine handles over time, and that shows on white where it would hide on black. Wiping the gloves down after each session slows it a long way, but treat the patina as part of the deal rather than a fault.

Can I wash them?
Not in the machine. Wipe them down after training and let them air dry, off the radiator. That keeps the leather supple and the wrap in shape.
