Adventurer – 45L White Gym Backpack with Shoe Compartment for the Gym, Travel and Hiking
The Adventurer in white by Gym Generation is a white gym backpack with 45 litres in 900D nylon oxford, made for the gym, travel and day hikes. Pure white over stitched MOLLE webbing is the cleanest look in the Adventurer line and the sharpest contrast to the black that fills most gyms. Inside there is a shoe compartment, a padded laptop sleeve and two side pockets for a bottle or shaker up to 1000 ml, and at 48 × 34 × 29 cm it is carry-on size. The Adventurer is part of the gym backpack range from Gym Generation and comes with two patches.
Pure White on Stitched MOLLE Webbing
On the stitched webbing, the structure of the MOLLE system stays clearly visible, so the pack looks defined rather than flat. In a changing room where nearly every backpack is black, you spot yours straight away.
900D Nylon Oxford with a Water-Repellent Coating
The 900D nylon oxford is densely woven, abrasion-resistant and bar-tacked at the stress points, built for heavy loads over years. On a white backpack what matters most is that the coated surface wipes clean, and the lining is quickly clean again after a wet towel too.
Four Main Compartments with Shoe Compartment and Laptop Sleeve
The middle compartment takes your shoes and keeps them away from your fresh change of clothes. The large main compartment opens all the way down so you pack it flat like a suitcase, and a mesh organiser with a zip pocket keeps keys, headphones and supplements together. At the back sits a padded sleeve, secured with a velcro tab, for a laptop up to 16 inches, separate from the rest of your kit.
Carry-On Size of 48 × 34 × 29 cm
That puts the Adventurer within the cabin allowance of most airlines, and 45 litres covers a week without a suitcase. Every airline sets its own limits, so check theirs before you fly.
Carry Harness with Hip Belt and Load Lifters
Padded S-curve shoulder straps, a chest strap, a hip belt and load-lifter straps keep the weight close to your body, and the ventilated mesh back cuts down on sweat. Two rows of compression straps pull the pack down to day size, and the MOLLE webbing takes pouches, carabiners or a resistance band.
Velcro Strips with Two Patches Included
Velcro strips sit on the front, and any patch with a velcro backing holds on them. The two included patches are the Spartan logo and the Gym Generation lettering, both black and therefore sharp against the white. You will find more designs in our patch collection.
White Gym Backpack – Frequently Asked Questions
Does a white backpack get dirty quickly?
White shows marks sooner than black, and that comes with the colour. The coated 900D nylon oxford wipes clean, though: a damp cloth and a little mild soapy water take off most marks, ideally while they are fresh.
What is the difference between white and off white?
White is a pure, cool shade with a hard contrast to the black patches. Off white is a warm, creamy eggshell that looks softer. The build, material and features are identical on both.
Is the white backpack good for hiking?
For day hikes, yes, because the hip belt and load lifters carry the weight and the side pockets keep your bottles within reach. The material is water-repellent but not waterproof, so in steady rain it needs a rain cover.
Does it suit both men and women?
Yes. The shoulder straps, chest strap and hip belt adjust tight or loose, so the pack sits stable on broad and narrow shoulders alike.
Adventurer or Explorer: which one is right for me?
Both share the same material, volume and carry system. The Adventurer has stitched MOLLE webbing and velcro strips, the Explorer laser-cut MOLLE and a full patch panel. The choice comes down to the look.

Great backpack and the perfect size for all of my personal tactical and work items. This is a great EDC pack when you do not need the much larger multi day packs. You can add on other tactical after market accessories. As a vet I recommend this backpack.

Qualität sehr gut. Ich habe ihn zurückgeschickt weil ich übersehen habe dass es an den Aussenseiten keine Bidonhalterungen hat. Ich werde einen anderen Rucksack besorgen. Lieferung hat super geklappt.
