Traveler – 45L White Gym Backpack for Training, Travel and the Outdoors
The Traveler in white by Gym Generation is a gym backpack with 45 litres of volume, made for the gym, travel and the outdoors. Four main compartments and a 180-degree flat opening keep everything findable, two-way zips with pull tabs make it quick to get into, and side pockets take a bottle or shaker. The velcro area on the top compartment is where you put your own patches. Water-repellent, tear-resistant polyester in a clean white. The Traveler is part of the gym backpack range from Gym Generation.
White – the One That Does Not Hide
White is the opposite of the usual black. It reads clean and modern, and it is the shade that shows what you do with it – patches, wear, the odd mark from a season of use all sit visible on the surface. That suits a pack you actually carry rather than one you keep nice. Gym Generation has been a Swiss gymwear brand since 2013. Shipped from Switzerland.
Four Compartments and a Flat Opening
The main compartment opens through 180 degrees and lies flat, so you pack it like a case and see everything at once instead of digging from the top. Four main compartments split kit from clothes from the small stuff, the two-way zips open from either end, and the pull tabs work with cold hands or gloves on. Side pockets take a bottle or a shaker where you can reach them without taking the sports backpack off.
Carries Loaded, Not Just Packed
Padded shoulder straps take the weight, and the adjustable chest and hip straps hold the pack against your back instead of letting it swing. Fully packed for a trip or a long day out, that is the difference between carrying 45 litres and fighting them.
Your Patches, Your Pack
A velcro area sits on the top compartment, and that is where the Traveler becomes yours. Any patch with a velcro backing fits – our patch collection runs to more than a hundred designs, from country flags to gym slogans, and they come off again whenever you want something else there.

Does white get dirty quickly?
A white gym backpack shows marks sooner than a dark one – that is the trade. The polyester is coated and water-repellent, so surface dirt comes off with a damp cloth and a little mild soapy water. Deal with marks when they happen rather than later and it stays clean for a long time.
How much fits in the Traveler?
45 litres takes a complete training kit, or clothes and gear for several days away. Because the pack lies flat when you open it, you fill the corners as well – the usable volume is closer to the number than on a top-loading sports backpack.
Can I attach my own patches?
Yes. Any patch with a velcro backing fits the area on the top compartment, and you will find more designs in the patch collection in the shop.
Is it comfortable when it is full?
The hip strap is the part that matters. It moves some of the load off your shoulders and onto your hips, which is what keeps a 45-litre gym backpack wearable through a longer day rather than just the walk to the gym.

Great backpack and the perfect size for all of my personal tactical and work items. This is a great EDC pack when you do not need the much larger multi day packs. You can add on other tactical after market accessories. As a vet I recommend this backpack.
