Trucker Cap 'Venice' in Black – Gym Cap with Mesh Back

Of six panels, only the two at the front are fabric. The four behind them are open black mesh. More than half the crown is therefore open, so heat escapes through the sides and the back instead of collecting under the fabric.

The front is built from two panels of woven twill rather than foam-backed fabric, so it sits lower and follows the shape of the head instead of standing tall. Both panels are half cotton and half polyester: the cotton absorbs moisture at the forehead, the polyester gives the panel the stability that pure cotton loses once it is damp. One embroidered eyelet in each panel is the only ventilation in this closed part of the cap.

Curved brim with a snapback closure

The brim is pre-shaped and curved, so it shades the sun from the side as well as from the front. A plastic snapback strap at the back lets you set the width in steps, from narrow to wide.
