Men's Bordeaux Stringer Tank Top – Moderate Racerback Cut
The 'Classic' stringer in Bordeaux is a sleeveless men's gym tank in a moderate racerback cut. Made from a 60% cotton and 40% polyester blend at 180 gsm, it has wider straps and less deeply cut armholes than the classic stringers in the range. A white Gym Warriors logo sits on the front, while a woven Warriors label finishes the hem.
Moderate Racerback With Wider Straps
The racerback keeps the shoulders open, but the straps and armholes are broader than on the classic stringers in the range. That gives you room through bench presses, shoulder presses and pull-ups without leaving the side of the torso as open as a deeper-cut stringer. The lower hem is slightly rounded.
180 gsm Cotton Blend
The fabric combines 60% cotton with 40% polyester at 180 gsm, making it lighter than the 200 gsm pure-cotton stringers in the classic line. It drapes more softly, moves with the body and dries faster after training than pure cotton. The blend is also designed to retain its shape through repeated washing.
Deep Bordeaux With White Gym Warriors Logo
Bordeaux is a deep wine red rather than a bright signal red. It is the strongest colour in this lighter stringer line while remaining easy to pair with black, grey, beige or denim. The front carries a white Gym Warriors logo, with a woven Warriors label at the hem.
Frequently Asked Questions About the Bordeaux Stringer
What colours work with Bordeaux?
Bordeaux pairs easily with black and grey gymwear, as well as beige or denim for casual wear. It adds colour without the brightness of a signal red.
Is the Bordeaux stringer available in XL or XXL?
No. This colour is available in S, M and L. If you need a larger size in the more moderate cut, the dark grey version extends to XL, while classic 100% cotton stringers in the range are available up to XXL.
How does this cut differ from the classic stringers?
The straps are wider and the armholes are less deeply cut, so it sits between a traditional stringer and a more covered tank top while retaining a racerback shape.
Why choose Bordeaux instead of black?
Black is the more neutral option. Bordeaux is more distinctive while staying dark enough to combine with most gym and casual colours. Explore more men's stringer tank tops.
