On these Gym Warriors martial arts gloves, the latex padding runs over the knuckles in one continuous piece, and your fingers are only partly covered. A wide Velcro strap closes over the wrist. They come in sizes S, M, L and XL.

Continuous Latex Padding over the Knuckles

Because the padding isn't divided into separate sections, your fist meets one continuous surface, and the impact spreads more widely than if each knuckle took it on its own. Latex absorbs hard hits and springs back into shape afterward.

Half-Finger Design with Open Fingertips

Your fingers are covered up to the first joint, leaving only the tips free. That's enough to grab a pad or grip your partner without taking your gloves off. When you punch, you won't notice the difference, because the striking surface is fully covered.

Wide Velcro Wrist Strap

The strap wraps over the cuff and keeps your wrist aligned when the punch lands. The Velcro grips along its full length, so you can tighten it as much as you like and wear the same gloves with or without hand wraps.

It's the padding and the fingers. The MMA gloves have individually separated fingers and an open palm – the better choice if you do a lot of clinching and ground work. These have broader padding and perform better when you're purely striking.

Yes. Sizes run from S to XL and are unisex – if you have small hands, start with S, and the Velcro strap takes care of the rest.

Can I use them on the heavy bag?
