Pink Lifting Straps for Women – Cotton Band with Silicone Grip
Classic lifting straps in light pink, made from 80% cotton and 20% neoprene, with a band roughly 59 cm long and 4 cm wide and a rosé silicone grip panel carrying the embossed Gym Generation logo. You wrap the band around the bar and put the loop around your wrist: the panel adds bite, and the load transfers into the band instead of your grip. Around 4 mm of padding at the wrist keeps the loop from digging in. One size, cut with smaller hands in mind, sold as a pair.
A Loop That Closes Down on a Smaller Wrist
One size on a lifting strap only works if the loop actually pulls tight. This one adjusts down far enough to sit firm on a narrower wrist instead of hanging loose and shifting mid-set. The band and the grip panel are identical to the rest of the range; the fit is where this version is aimed.
Rosé Silicone Panel with the Embossed Logo
The grip panel is silicone in a rosé tone with the Gym Generation logo pressed into it, rather than the GRIP STRAP lettering the olive and beige versions carry. The texture is what does the work: it raises the bite against the bar noticeably compared with plain webbing, and it holds when your hands start sweating on the fifth rep.
Load in the Band Instead of the Fingers
Grip is the part of a heavy pull that quits first. Your forearms give out, you drop the bar, and the muscle you were actually training still had reps in it. Two or three wraps of band change where the weight sits: it hangs off the strap and the wrist, not off your fingers, so the set ends when the back is done rather than when the hands are.
Cotton and Neoprene, Double-Stitched
An 80% cotton and 20% neoprene weave, 4 cm wide and around 59 cm long – enough band for two or three full turns and a proper pull-tight. Cotton grips the bar and does not stretch the way a synthetic webbing does under repeated load. Ends and loop are stitched double, because the seam is the part that gives first.
Pink Lifting Straps – Frequently Asked Questions
Are these only for women?
They are one size and adjust to any wrist, so anyone can use them. The loop closes down further than a standard strap and the colour is aimed at women, but nothing about the function is gender-specific.
How is the light pink different from the bright pink version?
This one is a soft rosé with the embossed Gym Generation logo on the panel. The bright pink version is a strong, saturated pink with the GRIP STRAP lettering instead. Same band, same hold – the choice is soft or loud.
Does light pink show chalk and dirt?
Chalk brushes off; the pale cotton will pick up bar grease over time the way any light fabric does. A cold hand wash brings it back. If you want a colour that hides everything, the black version is the one.
Do they work for pull-ups and hanging work?
Yes, and that is where a lot of people notice them most. Wrapped around the bar, they hold you up when the hands would otherwise slip off first – useful for weighted pull-ups and long hangs.
How do I wrap them?
Put the loop on with the loose end lying across your palm. Take hold of the bar, run the end underneath it and back over the top, two or three turns, then roll the bar towards you until the band bites. The pull does the rest of the tightening.
