Women's Lifting Straps with Wrist Support – Pink
A roughly 30 cm pulling band with woven silicone grip stripes, on a wide neoprene cuff with around 4 mm of padding that closes with Velcro through a black metal clamp. The band takes the load off your grip, the cuff steadies the wrist, and both sit on one piece instead of two. Pink with the Gym Warriors logo, built from a neoprene-cotton mix with nylon reinforcement. One size, adjustable, sold as a pair.
The Same Build, in Pink
No compromise version, no lighter construction: this is the same 30 cm silicone-striped band and the same padded cuff as the black model, in pink with the Gym Warriors logo. Worth saying plainly, because women's training gear is often the same product with less material in it. Here the only difference is the colour.
Cuff Tension Through the Metal Clamp
The Velcro runs through a black metal clamp and folds back on itself, which is what lets you set the tension anywhere between light support and locked down. On a narrower wrist that matters more than on a broad one: a Velcro-only cuff runs out of adjustment and ends up either loose or bunched. This one keeps pulling tighter.
Women's Lifting Straps – Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same product as the black version?
Yes, in a different colour. Same 30 cm band, same silicone stripes, same padded cuff, same closure. If you want it in all black, that version is identical apart from the finish.
How do these differ from the pink lifting straps without a cuff?
The classic pink straps are a single 59 cm band that forms its own wrist loop – lighter, less bulk, no wrist support. This model has a proper padded cuff and a shorter band. Take the classic if you only want grip relief, this one if you also want the wrist held.
Straps or grips – which should I start with?
Straps wrap the bar and give the firmer hold, which is what you want on heavy deadlifts and rows. Grip pads sit between hand and bar and go on in seconds, which suits supersets and cable work. If your main lifts are heavy pulls, start with straps.
Do they work on a cable machine?
Yes. The band wraps around any handle you can get it around, so cable attachments, lat bars and dumbbells all work. On very thick handles you get fewer turns and slightly less bite.
How do I look after them?
Cold hand wash, air dry, no radiator. Heat is what hardens neoprene and tires Velcro, and a bright dye holds its tone longer without it.
