A Sports Water Bottle You Can Use One-Handed

The push-pull cap opens with one pull and closes with one push – no unscrewing, no lid to put down somewhere. In strength training you drink between sets without letting go of the dumbbell; when running or cycling, you drink without stopping. The spout is perforated rather than a single hole, which keeps the flow wide and controlled. Closed, it seals, so the bottle can lie on its side in your backpack. Carbonated drinks don’t belong in it – the pressure forces any push-pull cap open.

750 ml – Not 500, Not 1,000

500 ml is gone halfway through a strength session with cardio, while a litre makes the bottle too wide for a side pocket or a bike bottle cage. 750 ml lasts a full session and keeps the shape slim enough to grip with one hand – even with wet or chalked hands. As a water bottle for outdoor sport, that’s enough for a run or a two- to three-hour hike.

BPA-Free, PZH Certified and Made in the EU

The bottle is BPA-free and holds the PZH certificate for food contact. It’s produced in the EU by the same manufacturer as our shakers. Day to day, that means the material stays taste-neutral even after an isotonic drink or pre-workout has been in it all day, and it doesn’t hold on to smells. After training it goes in the dishwasher; the cap goes separately in the top rack so the seal keeps its shape.

The Print – and the Version With a Slogan

Both sides carry the Gym Generation logo in white on matt black, with lettering running around the circle. If you’d rather carry a slogan, the same bottle is available as the No Pain No Gain sports bottle. Can I drink with one hand?
Yes, that’s what the push-pull cap is built for. Pull the spout open with your teeth or thumb, then push it shut again without putting the bottle down.

Does it leak in a backpack?
No, as long as the spout is pushed fully down. That doesn’t apply to carbonated drinks.

Does it fit a bike bottle cage?
Yes. It has the slim standard diameter of a sports water bottle and sits in standard cages as well as the side pockets of most backpacks and gym bags.

Can I carry protein shakes in it?
Ready-mixed shakes and isotonic drinks, yes. It isn’t made for mixing powder – it lacks the smooth inner shape that prevents lumps in a shaker.

Is it dishwasher-safe?
Yes, bottle and cap. The cap goes in the top rack.

Can I fill it with hot tea?
No. The bottle is made for cold and lukewarm drinks; hot liquid builds up pressure on the closed spout.
