How the Lift Works
A wedge-shaped heel bed in memory foam raises the heel – the same principle as a heel on a shoe, only invisible inside it. Because only the heel rises, the forefoot stays flat and your stride keeps its natural roll. That also sets the honest limit: the higher the insole, the more collar height the shoe needs for the heel to sit securely. In a normal shoe, 3.5 cm is the practical ceiling for wearing them unnoticed.
