Most shakers solve the lump problem with an extra part – a metal ball or a plastic sieve. Both get lost, rattle and clog up. This shaker solves it through its shape: a smooth inner surface throughout and a rounded base. When you shake it, the liquid swirls in a circle instead of hitting an edge where powder can settle. Whey is smooth after about ten seconds, and even casein – the powder that defeats cheap cups – leaves no residue at the bottom.

How many servings of protein powder fit in 700 ml?
Two scoops of whey plus around 500 ml of water fit comfortably. If you mix with milk or use a weight gainer, fill it to two thirds at most so there’s still room to shake.

Do I need a mixing ball as well?
No. Circle Technology replaces the ball and sieve, so there’s deliberately no insert included. A ball bought separately would disrupt the swirling flow rather than help it.

Is the shaker really leak-proof in a gym bag?
The screw lid seals as long as it’s put on straight and the flip cap is clicked shut. If the lid sits crooked, no thread will help – that goes for any shaker. Carbonated drinks don’t belong in it.

How hot can the liquid be?
The material withstands 0 to 80 °C. Boiling water straight from the kettle is too much; anything up to lukewarm is fine. Warm liquid builds up pressure in a closed cup, so leave the flip cap open.

Does the print come off in the dishwasher?
No, the 360° print is permanently applied and lasts through many washes. Put the lid in the top rack so the seal keeps its shape.
