A Velcro patch. The back is the hook side of a hook and loop fastener, which is why it's also called a morale patch. It sticks to any loop surface and can be attached, removed and swapped in seconds. For a permanent fix, you can sew it on around the edge.

What does the patch stick to?
Any loop side, such as the loop panels on Gym Generation backpacks, a jacket, a cap or tactical gear with hook and loop. It won't hold on smooth fabric without a loop panel.

Holland or the Netherlands: which flag is it?
Both refer to the same country. Officially it's the Netherlands, but many people simply say Holland. The red, white and blue flag stands for the whole country.
