The design is made entirely of thread: muscle lines, teeth and dumbbell are formed by stitch direction and colour changes, not by print. That keeps the surface three-dimensional, and the colours hold up to sun, sweat and friction in the gym bag. The silhouette is cut to contour and edged in black stitching all round – the edge won't fray, even if you swap the patch often.

Velcro patch or sew-on patch?
A Velcro patch, also known as a morale patch. The back is the hook side and sticks directly to any loop surface. No sewing, ironing or gluing.

Does the patch hold on any bag?
Only on surfaces with a loop counterpart. Backpacks with a patch panel or a MOLLE panel with a loop field, caps with a loop front and vests all work. It won't hold on smooth fabric without a loop panel – a self-adhesive loop panel can be added there.

Can I wash the patch?
No. Remove it before every wash, or the hook side and the embroidery will suffer. If needed, wipe it with a damp cloth and let it air-dry.

Does the embroidery lose colour over time?
Embroidered designs hold their colour better than printed ones, because the colour sits in the thread itself rather than as a layer on top. With normal use on a backpack, the design keeps its contrast for years.
